Stakeholder Engagement @ Energie Bedrijven Suriname
Early April, the EBS management, Mr. Eyndhoven, and Mr. Atna discussed the stakeholder engagement framework for EBS. They expressed strong support for the framework document and its objectives to develop a structured approach within EBS to engage with clients and stakeholders. Starting with SE capacity strengthening in project management to increase project delivery quality and build trust in the company, the CTO also supported the longer-term ambition to make client and stakeholder engagement essential in regular EBS operations.
The framework follows a wider trend in the energy sector in setting standards for stakeholder engagement in a drive to become more client and service oriented.
CPC supports the stakeholder engagement capacity stengthening project through toolbox development, on-line and blended learning, and action learning.
