CPC offers support for better collaboration between partners in addressing complex societal issues.

Societal challenges are getting more complex. Increasingly, we realise that addressing issues like poverty reduction, governance of natural resources, or youth development to increase their employment opportunities, requires joint efforts. Joint efforts from both public and private partners. Partners with quite different interests, and often with different perspectives and customs that are unfamiliar to each other......  If anything, this does make partnerships challenging in themselves.

Collaboration between partner organisations is like teamwork, but at a larger scale.  It takes quite some effort to make it work, yet,  if it works the collaboration should add value for each of the partners and creates a synergy that exceeds the sum of individual benefits. The old African proverb does apply here as well: "If you want to go fast, go alone.... If you want to go far, go together". 

At CPC we can support you to make such partnerships effective. This can vary from poverty reduction in agricultural societies in Africa and Asia to social enterprise development programmes in the Netherlands. Our expertise, process facilitation and specialist tools offer valuable support at each stage of the process to make your partnership successful and productive.
